InsuranceInstructors carry their own instructor liability insurance, with Callidora Ranch added as an additional insured, and send a copy with their application.
✍️
One release per studentEach student signs once, and it stays in effect for as long as they're your student. A parent or guardian signs for riders under 18.
💳
BillingYou're billed $25 for each student on your booking. Remove a student at least 24 hours ahead and you won't be charged. Missed lessons are between you and your student, so set your own make-up policy.
✅
Check in every studentScan the QR sign at the arena and check in your students. Anyone who rides is added to your booking.
🤝
Arena spaceUp to 8 riders share the arena each hour. Each of your students takes one spot. You don't.
🔑
Gate codeYour gate code appears when you book. Share it with your students and their parents.
🐴
HorsesStudents or instructors may bring horses. Every horse needs a current negative Coggins test.
